Refund Policies

Here at KickT we want to offer you the best product and service that you could possibly receive. 

With this being said there are still many factors and obstacles that can occur and we have to prepare for that. 

All regular products are refundable and exchangeable for those times where you might need a bigger / smaller size. When ordering online these things are expected and so we will do our best to help you accordingly. To do so, simply contact us with what and why and we can make that happen as swiftly and quickly as possible!

However our customised orders are a little bit different. There’s many factors that can affect why we aren’t able to make these products fully refundable or exchangeable. We understand there’s a chance a customer is unhappy with their order due to duration, shipping damages etc. which are unfortunately out of our hand. We of course still strive and prepare ourselves as best as possible to avoid these situations, however things still happen. Although we aren’t able to offer full refunds there are many ways we can work around these rules and policies to assure you’re completely satisfied. These may look like; full or extra store credit, remade items, partial refunds, free products and more. We understand that these options may not be ideal, but please try to understand that so much goes into custom orders that just simply makes it impossible to offer full refunds. We hope you can understand and work with us to understand. We truly work hard to make sure our customers aren’t put in that position and get the best product that we can provide.
